Television camera operator working in a lit broadcast studio

What we cover

Three disciplines, one connected studio

Great pictures and clean audio come from equipment, people and process working together.

Dynamic camera operation

Pedestal, dolly and handheld moves that stay smooth, framed and on cue through a bulletin or live show.

Lighting that holds up on air

Key, fill and backlight plans balanced for faces, sets and screens, with settings you can repeat every day.

Clean sound and sound waves

Microphone choice, gain structure and mixing habits that keep speech clear and levels steady.

Our approach

A studio is a system, not a pile of equipment

encorezenix brings camera operation, lighting and sound into one picture, so each choice supports the others and your crew can repeat results every day.

  • Equipment placed and labelled so any operator can find it
  • Camera moves rehearsed with the gallery, not improvised
  • Lighting and audio settings written down and repeatable

How a workflow comes together

From empty floor to confident live show in four steps

  1. 1

    Survey the space

We review the studio, equipment list, signal chain and the way the crew actually works.

  2. 2

    Set up and calibrate

Cameras, lights and audio are positioned, matched and labelled so settings can be repeated.

  3. 3

    Rehearse the show

A full run-through with the floor and gallery teams exposes weak points while there is still time to fix them.

  4. 4

    Go live with a checklist

A short pre-show routine keeps every day consistent, whether it is a bulletin or a long live programme.

FAQ

Questions studios ask us most

Do you only work with television news studios?

No. Our guidance suits news bulletins, live magazine shows, panel programmes and corporate studios. The principles of camera, lighting, sound and workflow carry across formats.

Can you visit our studio in person?

Yes. Audits and workflow builds are carried out on site anywhere in the United Kingdom. Remote reviews are also possible for smaller questions.

We already have equipment. Do we need to buy anything new?

Not necessarily. Most improvements come from placement, calibration and habits. We only suggest new kit when it clearly solves a problem you have.

How long does a workflow build take?

It depends on the size of the studio and the show. Many projects are completed over a few working days, followed by two weeks of email support.

Can you train new crew members?

Yes. Retained Support includes training for new starters on camera movement, lighting basics, audio habits and the pre-show checklist.
